QA Documentation Coordinator We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) Documentation Coordinator to join our team. This role involves reviewing quality and safety documentation, performing routine inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our production processes and ensuring that all records are accurate and audit-ready. Responsibilities Review quality and safety documentation, including temperature checks, weight checks, and production records to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to sign-off. Perform routine GMP inspections to maintain compliance with FDA and USDA regulations. Conduct ingredient receiving inspections to verify that materials meet specifications and quality standards. Review Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and supporting documentation in a timely manner. Complete 24-hour USDA-required reviews to identify and correct any deviations to ensure product safety. Maintain and review quality and safety forms, ensuring all records are audit-ready and compliant with SOPs. Verify all production documentation aligns with established specifications and regulatory requirements. Support SOP adherence and enforcement across production and quality processes. Assist on production and assembly lines as needed to support operations. Step into QC or production roles as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Essential Skills Experience in quality assurance and document control. Proficiency in GMP inspections and documentation management. Ability to review documents and conduct ingredient receiving inspections. Bilingual proficiency is advantageous. Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of SOPs and regulatory compliance. Ability to adapt to various roles within the production environment. Long-term growth and development mindset. Work Environment The work schedule for this position is Tuesday through Saturday, from 1pm to 9pm. This role requires flexibility as the current document control operates early until 12 pm and might not be available for inspections. This position requires performing temperature and weight checks, as well as inspections before the end of the day in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Carson, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
