SUMMARY :
Plans, coordinates, and directs the Company's Quality System to insure compliance to customer's requirements. Responsible for overseeing the activities of the Quality Department by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as the Quality Management Representative for the quality system. Writes upper and lower level documents as required by the quality system. Oversees the development of policies and procedures for conducting department operations. Organizes and schedules third party audits pertaining to the quality system. Conducts internal audits of the quality system. Responds to customer complaints and completes corrective action requests. Organizes and leads the Management Review meeting. Participates in the supplier evaluation process. Formulates and maintains quality objectives and coordinates objectives with production managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs. Analyzes statistical data and product specifications. Directly supervises employees in the Quality Control Department. Bi-lingual Spanish/English required EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's in Engineering degree from four‑year college or university; and one to two years related experience and/or training.

$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
