This role is responsible for overseeing quality systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across the business. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of quality engineers, inspectors, and document control Manage and improve quality systems, processes, and metrics Oversee inspection activities, First Article Reviews, and supplier quality Serve as FAA/ODA point of contact and ensure AS9100 compliance Drive corrective/preventive actions and continuous improvement initiatives Lead internal and external audits Partner cross-functionally with engineering and operations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical field 8+ years in Quality, including 3+ years in leadership Aerospace and/or medical industry experience preferred Strong AS9100 audit experience ERP experience (Epicor preferred) Experience working with aerospace components & systems

Salary:

$140,000 - $180,000

Up to $180,000.00 per year
