Quality Assurance Manager Eterna Management Full Time | Leadership Opportunity Competitive Salary About our client Eterna Management Eterna Management is a fast-growing hemp-derived product manufacturer focused on building high-quality products, scalable operations, and long-term industry leadership. As the company continues to expand, we are investing heavily in operational excellence, compliance, quality systems, and manufacturing consistency across our production facility. We are looking for someone who wants more than just maintaining an existing system. This is an opportunity to come in and build a Quality Assurance and Quality Control program from the ground up. The Opportunity Eterna Management is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Quality Assurance Manager to establish, lead, and continuously improve our QA/QC program within our hemp-derived manufacturing operation. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, proactive, independent, and capable of building systems, SOPs, processes, and accountability standards from scratch. We need a strong leader who can step into a growing organization, identify gaps, create solutions, and help build a culture centered around quality, compliance, consistency, and continuous improvement. This is not a maintenance role. We are looking for a builder. What You'll Be Responsible For Develop and implement company-wide Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs Create SOPs, quality standards, inspection processes, and compliance procedures from the ground up Build systems that improve product consistency, manufacturing accuracy, and operational efficiency Conduct internal quality audits and identify opportunities for process improvement Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions Partner with production leadership to improve workflows and reduce quality risks Establish quality metrics, reporting systems, and accountability standards Ensure compliance with industry regulations, manufacturing standards, and company requirements Build and lead quality-focused training programs for employees and leadership teams Coach and mentor team members while helping create a culture of ownership and accountability Serve as a key leader during operational growth and process changes What We're Looking For We need someone who: Is a critical thinker and problem solver Can work independently without needing constant direction Is confident making decisions and taking initiative Has strong leadership and change management skills Is highly organized and detail-oriented Can create structure in environments that are still evolving Communicates well across departments and leadership levels Is comfortable holding teams accountable while building trust and buy-in Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Manufacturing Operations, or Compliance Leadership Experience building or improving QA/QC systems and SOPs Background in manufacturing, production, food science, hemp-derived products, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, CPG, or related industries preferred Strong understanding of audits, corrective actions, root cause analysis, and process improvement Leadership experience managing teams, projects, or operational initiatives Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Science, or related field preferred, but equivalent experience will absolutely be considered Why This Role Stands Out This is a chance to make a real impact inside a growing company.
