In this pivotal role, you will champion quality assurance and control processes to ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and excellence. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement initiatives, uphold regulatory standards, and foster a culture of quality across all production stages. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence product integrity and customer satisfaction through rigorous quality management practices. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems aligned with ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, CGMP, and other regulatory standards to ensure compliance throughout manufacturing processes. Conduct comprehensive quality audits across production lines to identify areas for improvement and verify adherence to quality standards in production. Perform detailed quality inspections and analysis using tools such as GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and Six Sigma methodologies to identify root causes of defects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including manufacturing, engineering, and regulatory compliance—to develop corrective actions and process improvements. Lead or participate in internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with FDA regulations, ISO standards, and legal requirements. Monitor key performance indicators related to quality management, implementing Lean management techniques to optimize workflows. Provide training on quality assurance protocols, regulatory compliance standards, and best practices in manufacturing environments. Experience Proven experience practicing in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role with a focus on quality control or assurance. Strong knowledge of regulatory/legal compliance standards such as FDA regulations, ISO 9001, GMP, CGMP, and HACCP. Demonstrated ability to lead or support quality audits and implement corrective actions effectively. Expertise in applying Six Sigma principles and Lean management techniques within manufacturing settings. Skilled in conducting quality inspections using inspection tools and analysis skills to identify deviations from quality standards. Familiarity with Quality systems including QA/QC procedures, GxP (Good Practice) guidelines, and regulatory compliance frameworks. Excellent cross-functional communication skills with the ability to lead teams and foster collaboration across departments.
