Quality Control - Data Entry

Irvine, CA Temporary $20.00 - $21.00/hr Onsite Job Description

Position Overview Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Data Entry Clerk to join their client's team in California. This is a temp-to-hire position with a competitive pay range of $20 - $21 per hour. The role involves ensuring the quality of incoming products and maintaining accurate records to support quality control processes. Responsibilities

Effectively ensuring the quality of incoming products.

Identifying and segregating nonconforming product.

Promptly reporting to the QC Manager on the quality of product inspected.

Other assignments as requested by Supervisor.

Basic proficiency with MS Office and Internet applications.

Review QC priority list.

Review IQC report for the sample lot batch size and exact P.O. number of the product.

Inspect and test product according to work instructions for specific part number.

If products are found to be defective, tag the product with a rejected tag and indicate the reason for rejection, P.O. number, part number, date, and inspector name.

Record the test results and provide them to the QC Manager.

Qualifications

Attention to detail and strong observational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and Internet applications.

Ability to follow work instructions and quality control procedures.

Effective communication skills for reporting to the QC Manager.

Experience in quality control or a related field is a plus.

Required Work Hours Monday - Friday, 1st Shift Benefits This position offers a competitive hourly wage within the range of $20 - $21, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits may be available upon hire.
