CORPORATE QUALITY MANAGER

Multi-Site Manufacturing | Travel Required (~50%) | Full-Time, Exempt Reuland Electric is looking for an experienced Corporate Quality Manager to lead and unify quality strategy across our manufacturing network. This role owns the Quality Management System (QMS) enterprise-wide, driving consistent standards, compliance, and continuous improvement across all sites. Locations & Travel This position requires travel to company facilities at least 50% of the time, including: California facilities Howell, Michigan St. Louis, Missouri About the Role As Corporate Quality Manager, you will serve as the enterprise owner of the Quality Management System, ISO compliance, and related certification programs (including ITAR, military/defense, and aerospace-adjacent specifications) across all Reuland facilities. You'll partner with plant leadership at each site to ensure products, systems, and processes consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements while supporting broader company goals. What You'll Do Own and standardize the Quality Management System (QMS) across all company facilities Lead ISO compliance strategy, audits, and certification efforts company-wide Ensure ongoing compliance with ITAR and related export-control requirements across all sites Travel regularly (~50%) to California, Howell (MI), and St. Louis facilities to oversee quality operations, coach local teams, and drive consistency Develop working knowledge of applicable military and defense specifications (MIL-STD, MIL-PRF, MIL-DTL, CFR, and related

requirements) and build facility certification roadmaps where needed Partner with plant managers and quality staff at each site to troubleshoot manufacturing quality issues and drive relentless follow-up on corrective actions Translate customer quality requirements into clear expectations for internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors Establish and enforce accountability across sites through strictly-managed corrective-action processes Provide direction and oversight for CMM, test, and inspection functions, including calibration programs for measuring and electrical test equipment Write, revise, and standardize quality policies, procedures, and manuals across the organization Coordinate inspections and certifications with customers and outside agencies across all locations Review and resolve customer complaints, driving root-cause correction across sites Train, mentor, and motivate quality personnel at each facility, building a bench of strong local quality leadership Report on quality metrics, audit results, and improvement initiatives to executive leadership What You Bring Minimum 5+ years of experience in quality management, ideally across multiple manufacturing sites Experience with ITAR compliance required Proven leadership experience in a job-shop or multi-facility manufacturing environment Working knowledge of ISO quality systems; familiarity with military, defense, nuclear, or Navy specifications a strong plus Ability to read blueprints, interpret electrical specifications, and evaluate CMM inspection results Comfortable and effective communicating and building relationships across sites, functions, and levels of the organization Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and drive change across distributed teams A "task master" mentality — relentless follow-through, high attention to detail, and a bias toward action on the floor Willingness and ability to travel at least 50% of the time High level of integrity and a track record of meeting or exceeding quality goals Why Reuland Electric This is an opportunity to shape quality strategy across a growing multi-site manufacturing organization — with real influence, visibility with executive leadership, and the variety of working hands-on with different teams and facilities rather than a single plant.
