Position Responsibilities:
Lead the distribution center's quality system as the Quality Assurance Supervisor to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and legally compliant products, govern the Quality Management system, implement the organization's quality strategy, and drive continuous improvement in quality and food safety Direct the deployment of the Quality Strategy at the site, enhancing procedures to meet key metrics aligned with business objectives Collaborate with the management team to establish site priorities based on local needs and the Quality Strategy Support the implementation of International Featured Standards and promote a strong Quality mindset and behavior throughout the Distribution Center Sustain an efficient Quality Management System in compliance with standards, including corrective actions, internal audits, and quality training programs Drive continuous improvement of the Quality Management Systems through data analysis and trend evaluation using digital solutions Manage Quality incidents and Stock Recovery at the Distribution Center, ensuring the implementation of relevant corrective and preventive actions Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
Associate's Degree with 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 6 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree
