Job Title:
Quality Control Position Overview:
As a Quality Control , you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of quality control. Your responsibilities will include managing documentation, tracking inspections, and supporting follow-ups in a timely and professional manner. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication to maintain high standards in both quality control and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control Administrative Support:
Organize and maintain quality control inspection records and documentation. Create and distribute training materials for quality control procedures and new store openings/transfers. Track franchisee compliance with corrective action requests. Assist the Quality Control team with data entry, follow-ups, and administrative tasks. Document and report quality discrepancies, collaborating with relevant departments for corrective actions. Conduct onsite and remote quality control inspections to ensure compliance with company standards. Compile inspection findings and reports for management review. Identify recurring issues and escalate them to the Quality Control team. Regularly update and maintain quality control checklists.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in quality control or administrative roles is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Must be able to complete tasks fully and efficiently once started, ensuring timely and thorough execution. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software like Google Suite. Knowledge of quality control principles is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to franchise locations for QC inspections (minimum 3x per week).
