Job Description
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Lead to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, document control.
Duties:
- Develop, update, train and implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of product quality
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
- Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of quality systems and make recommendations for enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulations and other relevant quality standards
- Manage quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) activities throughout the production process
- Facilitate quality related training
Qualifications:
- Preferred degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in quality assurance, quality management, document control and ISO principles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions
- Knowledge of quality inspection techniques and procedures
- Familiarity with QA/QC methodologies and tools
