Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bilingual Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead our QA team and ensure our products and processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily quality control operations, mentoring QA staff, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a strong leadership background with a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience and the ability to communicate fluently across diverse teams. Key Responsibilities •
Team Leadership:
Supervise, train, and mentor a team of Quality Assurance technicians and inspectors. Manage scheduling, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development. •
Quality Control & Compliance:
Oversee daily QA operations to ensure all products and processes comply with internal standards, safety regulations, and industry compliance requirements. •
Audits & Inspections:
Conduct regular internal audits, root cause analyses, and facility inspections. Document findings and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). •
Process Improvement:
Analyze production and quality data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or recurring defects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize quality control procedures. •
Bilingual Communication:
Act as a critical communication bridge between English-speaking and non-English-speaking staff, ensuring that all safety guidelines, training materials, and quality protocols are clearly understood by the entire workforce. •
Reporting:
Maintain accurate documentation of all quality checks, test results, and compliance records. Prepare detailed quality reports for upper management. Qualifications & Requirements •
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of proven supervisory or management experience in a Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or similar environment. •
Language Skills:
Bilingual fluency is required (English and [Insert Second Language, e.g., Spanish]). Must be able to read, write, and converse proficiently in both languages to effectively train staff and translate operational documents. •
Education:
Bachelor's degree in quality management (Preferred), Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience). •
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing tools, and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, FDA, OSHA, depending on industry). Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. •
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong conflict-resolution skills, and the capacity to make decisive, data-driven decisions under pressure
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
