Your New Role As the Quality Assurance Manager, you'll drive constructability, quality, and consistency across projects from preconstruction through execution.
You will:
Lead constructability reviews with a focus on building envelope and high-risk scopes Partner with preconstruction, design teams, consultants, and field teams to align on best practices Facilitate design coordination and QA review meetings Identify risks early and drive practical, buildable solutions Support smooth handoff from preconstruction to operations Promote and uphold company-wide quality and safety standards What You'll Need to Succeed 7+ years of construction experience, with strong QA/QC or field background Expertise in building envelope, systems, and constructability Proven ability to review drawings and identify risk, gaps, and solutions Experience collaborating with design teams, consultants, and field leadership Strong understanding of codes, specs, and construction methods Clear communicator with the ability to influence across teams Experience with Procore or similar platforms preferred What You'll Get in Return ???? $145K-$160k base (DOE) ????
