12 months As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), you are responsible for driving the development and launch of complex, cross-functional projects. In addition, you serve as the orchestrator, managing the various stakeholders and teams involved in the project to ensure that it is delivered smoothly and efficiently. Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, software engineering, technology management business management, or similar. Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management, preferably in a related industry. Advanced knowledge of the full life-cycle of product development Experience in product development planning and providing leadership. Ability to collaborate with SW engineers and report to senior managers. Extensive experience in software product engineering, deployment, and integration. Ability to evaluate product performance metrics, as well as diagnose and resolve issues. Ability to keep up with advancements in the field of technical product development. Excellent communication skills both verbal as well as written. Responsibilities Manage new feature tracking and progress, test requests, helping the team to land features on time and quality. Manage, triage, monitor and report on bugs from multiple sources. Draft of release notes and update known issues in coordination with TPM Leads and the QA team. Prepare feature demos and collect feedback and do proper follow up. Reporting automation. Knowledge and skills Familiarity with testing process, test plan creation, and the concepts of Sanity and Regression testing. Excellent skills in thinking through customer scenarios - Good analytical skills. Familiarity with release processes, with a focus on feature release, milestone release, and internal and external communication management. Technical background with scripting or coding experience. For example in languages such as Python, Java or JavaScript (or other modern languages). Technical background handling devices.
