$80K (exempt) Direct Hire | Hybrid Key Responsibilities Lead quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance across behavioral health programs. Monitor compliance with licensing, accreditation, and payer requirements (e.g., HIPAA, Medi?

Cal, Joint Commission, state and county agencies). Oversee incident reporting processes, including review, feedback, and preparation of required leadership and board reports. Conduct internal chart audits and support external audits, peer review, and utilization review activities. Partner with clinical, operations, IT, and finance teams to support accurate documentation, billing, authorizations, and data integrity. Provide training, guidance, and consultation to clinical staff and leaders on documentation, compliance, incident reporting, and billing standards. Ensure HIPAA and privacy compliance related to clinical records and information requests. Collaborate cross?functionally and with external partners to respond to regulatory requests and support continuous quality improvement.
