Job Description

The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee all quality functions, ensuring products and processes meet internal standards and customer expectations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment and enjoys driving improvements across teams and systems. Lead the quality department and strengthen internal processes and capabilities Maintain and improve the company's Quality Management System Develop and implement quality plans aligned with organizational goals Ensure product reliability and quality throughout development and production Build strong customer relationships and manage quality-related communication Conduct internal and external audits Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and leadership teams Recruit, mentor, and develop quality team members Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering discipline Minimum 5 years of quality management experience in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of GD&T, metrology tools, Gage R&R, and root cause analysis Experience with
ISO 9001
2015 or AS9100 standards ASQ certifications (CQE, CSSBB, CQMgr) preferred Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate issues Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid vacation and holidays 401(k) retirement plan Stable, long-term career opportunity with a growing company
Salary:
$130k - $175k DOE
