Job Description

Responsibilities Position Summary:
Compiles and maintains control records and related files to release blueprints, drawings, quality, and engineering documents to manufacturing and other operating departments by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Examines documents such as blueprints, drawings, change orders, and specifications to verify completeness and accuracy of data. Confers with document originators or engineering liaison personnel to resolve discrepancies and compiles required changes to documents. Posts changes to computerized or manual control records, releases documents, and notifies affected departments. Maintains related files. Prepare requests for reproduction of documents. Operates reproduction equipment. Prepares reports and memorandums. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Familiarity with
AS 9100. 1
year in a manufacturing environment preferred. High School Diploma or GED required. Computer skills & knowledge Ability to read and comprehend technical documents. Ability to read and comprehend specs and work instructions. Ability to work under limited supervision. Good technical/verbal communication. Ability to complete projects on time and with accuracy. Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities.
Hourly rate:
$23.47 - $32.00
