Location:
Santa Fe Springs, CA Shift (6:00 AM•2:30 PM)
Salary:
$85,000•95,000 (Negotiable)

Reports To:
Owners Key Requirements•5+ years of QA, inspection, or mechanical maintenance experience in a manual/legacy machine shop Experience with: Legacy machine tools ◦ Hydraulic and pneumatic systems ◦ Precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, gauges) Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective action experience High school diploma or GED Preferred QA process development and inspection standards creation Preventive maintenance and reliability improvement experience Mentoring and training QA inspectors Strong documentation and reporting skills Trade school or technical training Core Responsibilities•Lead and supervise QA inspectors Oversee inspections for manual machine shop operations Manage quality systems, documentation, and compliance Conduct RCA investigations and implement corrective actions Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams Develop and mentor QA staff Ensure safety compliance (LOTO, machine guarding, confined space procedures)

$85,000.00•$95,000.00 per year
