What you will be doing The Sr. Manager, Produce Quality Control is responsible for leading the enterprise Produce Quality Control function across Albertsons Companies' distribution network. Reporting to the Vice President of Produce/Floral Replenishment., this leader establishes and oversees quality standards that ensure all produce received into the company's distribution centers meets or exceeds procurement specifications for freshness, quality, food safety, temperature, size, condition, and overall customer readiness. This leader partners closely with Distribution Center leadership, Procurement, Transportation, Food Safety, Merchandising, and Produce suppliers to drive consistent quality standards across the enterprise. The Corporate Manager is accountable for developing quality control processes, ensuring consistent execution across all facilities, coaching and developing local Quality Control teams, resolving quality issues with urgency, and continuously improving produce quality to deliver exceptional customer experience.
