We are currently seeking Quality Manager, with the below qualifications: Professional Attributes The Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management and Control Strategy. This role ensures that quality standards are consistently met through robust systems, proactive process control, and cross-functional leadership. The Quality Manager serves as the site's Management Representative for ISO and other quality certifications (e.g., SQF) and leads efforts in continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. Strong communication, analytical thinking, systems proficiency, and presentation skills are essential for effectively managing internal teams, addressing customer concerns, and collaborating with cross-functional departments. Desired Skills and Experience 1. Quality Management Systems (QMS) Oversee, maintain, and continuously improve the company's QMS to meet ISO and customer-specific requirements. Analyze system performance data and recommend changes to enhance effectiveness, reduce variation, and ensure compliance. Audit internal processes and documentation to ensure full adherence to applicable standards (ISO 9001/ 13485, SQF etc.). Lead the development and implementation of new quality programs and systems as needed. 2. Leadership & Strategic Planning Serve as the ISO Management Representative and SQF Practitioner, managing related documentation, teams, and external audit activities. Coordinate quality activities in new product introductions and engineering projects to ensure compliance from design through production. Establish strategic quality goals and KPIs aligned with business objectives, regularly reporting progress to executive leadership. Lead the Food Safety Team and oversee compliance with food safety standards where applicable. 3. Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis Lead advanced problem-solving efforts (e.g., 8D, DMAIC, FMEA) using analytical tools to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions. Champion the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) system: o Track and verify open actions for timely completion. o Analyze trends and recurring issues to drive systemic improvements. o Conduct effectiveness audits and department-level ISO process audits. 4. Continuous Improvement Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the organization using tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, and SPC. Facilitate training sessions, quality awareness programs, and workshops to elevate the quality mindset. 5. Other Duties as Assigned Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and meet operational priorities. Specific Skill Set Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external interactions, report writing, and audit presentations. Presentation Confident in presenting data, trends, and insights to senior management, auditors, and customers. System Strong understanding of ERP systems, QMS software, and data analysis platforms. Analytics Ability to interpret data, draw logical conclusions, and make data-driven decisions. Exposure Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality, or a related technical discipline (master's degree or certifications a plus). Minimum 5-7 years of progressive quality management experience in a manufacturing environment (plastics, packaging, or regulated industries preferred). Certified Lead Auditor for
