Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a
QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR
in Colorado. We are seeking a QA Supervisor (2nd Shift) to lead daily quality activities on the production floor. This role focuses on overseeing QA technicians, driving compliance with food safety and quality systems, and partnering with operations to meet customer expectations while supporting productivity goals. You will play a key role in maintaining robust programs aligned with SQF, HACCP, GMP, and other industry standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise QA Technicians to ensure all quality checks, documentation, and tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. Serve as a trusted resource for quality and food safety guidance to production teams, helping resolve issues quickly and effectively. Train, coach, and develop QA team members to build capability and support overall business growth. Coordinate daily with shift teams on production schedules, quality priorities, and emerging concerns. Conduct new hire orientations and ongoing training for QA staff, including equipment and supplier resources. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience in food manufacturing QA). Solid background in Quality Assurance within a food production environment. Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience. Flexible availability, including potential weekends and varying shifts as business needs require. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish.
