Scrub Club Denver Pay:
$250/week flat rate. This includes inspecting up to 10 properties per week. Additional inspections may be available for additional compensation.

Denver/Boulder Area About Us Scrub Club Denver is a fast-growing vacation rental cleaning company serving Denver, Boulder, Evergreen, and surrounding areas. We specialize in high-quality Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers and are looking for a detail-oriented team member to help maintain our quality standards. Position Overview We are seeking a Part-Time Quality Control Coordinator to perform final walkthroughs after cleaners complete properties, provide quality feedback, complete touch-ups when necessary, and help ensure every property is guest-ready before arrival. This role is ideal for someone with cleaning experience who takes pride in details and enjoys helping others improve. Responsibilities Conduct final inspections of vacation rental properties Verify all cleaning tasks have been completed to company standards Identify and correct missed items before guest arrival Perform light re-cleaning and touch-ups as needed Take inspection photos and submit quality reports Communicate feedback to cleaning team members professionally and constructively Track recurring quality issues and report trends Verify property staging, supplies, and overall guest readiness Flag maintenance issues, damages, and deep-clean needs Assist with occasional emergency touch-ups and guest-related cleaning concerns Qualifications Previous residential, hotel, Airbnb, or professional cleaning experience preferred Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation Ability to work independently Comfortable using a smartphone for photos and communication Excellent communication skills Available primarily Friday through Monday Ability to lift 25 pounds and remain active throughout shifts Ideal Candidate You notice the details others miss.
