ISO/IEC 17025
, applicable regulatory requirements, customer requirements, and laboratory policies. The Quality Manager serves as the primary authority for quality and compliance matters and works closely with laboratory management, technical personnel, analysts, and administrative staff to ensure that analytical activities are performed consistently, competently, impartially, and with technically valid results. This position has the authority to identify and escalate quality issues, initiate corrective and preventive actions, stop or withhold work when quality requirements are not met, and ensure that nonconforming work is appropriately evaluated and controlled. The ideal candidate combines strong knowledge of analytical laboratory practices with practical experience implementing and maintaining an
ISO/IEC 17025
quality system. The position requires exceptional attention to detail, sound scientific judgment, strong documentation skills, and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems aligned with
ISO/IEC 17025.
Lead quality audits across production lines to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards in manufacturing. Oversee activities of calibration and monitoring, proficiency testing, hazardous waste, measurement of uncertainties, and staff competency. Manage accreditation requirements and act as the primary liaison with the accreditation body. Review and approve all validation activities. Manage instrument maintenance contracts and implementation of new instrumentation. Operate within the LIMS to ensure proper reporting and applicability for the lab staff. Skills Extensive knowledge of
ISO/IEC 17025.
Proven experience in conducting quality audits and implementing quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) programs. Strong understanding of analytical chemistry and instrumentation, particulary with LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS, and ICPMS. Exceptional team leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across departments in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in a LIMS. Familiarity with product testing for contaminants. Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills, adaptable, and innovative. Join us to lead our commitment to excellence!
