This includes training employees, setting objectives for the team, and leading improvement initiatives. Coordinate and manage the daily activities of quality employees Effectively communicate quality concerns to quality team members and operations for improvement activities Coordinate training quality employees on standards and internal procedures Prepare and participate in quality audits Identifying Customer Source Inspection and Government Source Inspection and schedule off site inspector Set daily quality objectives for the quality inspector team member(s)

Experience:

Minimum two (2) years of experience in Quality.
