The Corporate Quality Assurance Analyst is a strategic role responsible for leading Veritas HHS's quality assurance program across all office locations. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this individual designs and executes quality review processes aligned with federal self-assessment standards and state-prescribed quality frameworks, identifies performance and training gaps, and drives continuous improvement across our operations. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role that requires both analytical depth and strong communication skills. The successful candidate will work closely with corporate business analysts, local office managers, state agency partners, and the Director of Staff Development to ensure service delivery quality and compliance are consistently high across our offices.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Quality Assurance Program Leadership Designs and maintains a comprehensive QA methodology consistent with federal Title IV-D self-assessment standards and state quality frameworks. Develops sampling methodology and review protocols in collaboration with corporate business analysts, ensuring statistically meaningful and operationally actionable results. Conducts periodic case-level quality reviews across all office locations, documenting findings with clarity and precision. Leads targeted QA reviews in response to management priorities, emerging performance trends, or contract requirements. Provides guidance to local trainer/QA specialists in QA protocols to ensure consistency across the offices Performance Analysis and Process Improvement Analyzes QA findings to identify patterns, systemic gaps, and improvement opportunities at both the office and enterprise level. Provides data-driven input to the COO and management team on operational effectiveness, process improvement opportunities, and risk areas. Tracks quality metrics over time to measure program effectiveness and the impact of corrective actions. Training and Development Integration Collaborates with the Director of Staff Development to translate QA findings into targeted training priorities and curriculum adjustments. Monitors training program effectiveness and consistency across offices, using QA observations as a primary feedback mechanism. Identifies individual and office-level training needs through QA results, performance data, and annual appraisals, in consultation with local management. State Agency Partnership and Compliance Serves as a key internal resource for local offices, recommending strategies to improve monthly case readings including common findings in quality assurance reviews and state program review. Guides offices in the development of corrective action plans, ensuring responses are complete, timely, and address root causes. Maintains current knowledge of child support policy, federal regulations (45 CFR Parts 300-310), and state-specific procedures across.Requirements:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
At least five years of experience in child support case management, human services program administration, or a closely related field. Demonstrated knowledge of Title IV-D federal child support requirements, including federal self-assessment standards and performance measures. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, interpret data, and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce professional reports, corrective action plans, and management briefings. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent review cycles and deadlines across multiple offices.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (public administration, social work, business, or related discipline). Experience conducting formal quality assurance reviews, program audits, or case record reviews in a government services environment. Familiarity with state child support guidelines and operational procedures in Tennessee. Experience working in a multi-site, multi-jurisdictional organization. Proficiency with Tableau or other data visualization tools for communicating QA results and performance trends.
