full-time Judge Direct Placement is seeking a quality assurance supervisor to lead food safety and quality programs in a fast-paced on-site manufacturing environment. The role is responsible for managing a team of 15 techs across a facility of over 250. While performing the duties of this job, employees are expected to actively participate on the production floor. Our perfect candidate must speak Spanish, have prior experience in the food industry and have at least 1+ years of prior supervisory experience in a related quality and safety position. Key Responsibilities Supervise, coach, and develop Quality Assurance Technicians. Ensure compliance with food safety and quality programs, including HACCP, SQF, and GMP standards. Monitor production activities to maintain product quality and food safety. Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits. Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions. Maintain quality documentation, records, and reporting. Partner with Production, Sanitation, and Maintenance teams to drive continuous improvement. Support product holds, traceability, recall programs, and product releases. Qualifications Degree is not required Must speak Spanish 3+ years preferred of quality assurance experience in food manufacturing. Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of HACCP, SQF, GMPs, food safety, and quality systems. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
