Job Description

Hiring for a Quality Administrator in Wallingford! Job Description This role focuses on quality system documentation and control within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will manage document control, coordinate tool calibrations, and ensure compliance with
ISO 9001
(or higher) standards. Key responsibilities include conducting MRB, FAI, and root cause analyses, as well as supporting internal and external audits. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with the Quality Director. Responsibilities Manage document control and quality systems documentation. Coordinate tool calibrations to ensure compliance with quality standards. Conduct Material Review Board (MRB) meetings and First Article Inspections (FAI). Perform root cause and corrective action analyses. Support internal and external audits, including annual and quarterly audits. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards. Collaborate closely with the Quality Director and technical team. Essential Skills Proficiency in document control and quality systems management. Experience with
ISO 9001
standards and audits. Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS). Ability to conduct FAI, RCCA, and MRB processes. Minimum of 5 years' experience in Quality Assurance. Solid experience in data and statistical analysis tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Quality inspection, auditing, and testing experience preferred. Experience with the implementation of corrective action programs. Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of Quality Assurance. Wire experience preferred. Work Environment The role is based onsite within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. While it is mostly office-based, it will require some trips to the shop floors to support the technical team. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Wallingford, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $70000.00/yr. Excellent health insurance (affordable, comprehensive coverage). Two weeks vacation. Seven sick days. Eleven holidays. Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Wallingford,CT.
