- Own, maintain, and continuously improve the company s ISO 9001-compliant Quality Management System.
- Serve as the Management Representative to certification bodies, customers, and auditors.
- Administer document control and change management processes, including oversight of the QMS SharePoint site.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Management of NCR and CAPA, including updating the logs, tracking of NCR's and CAPA's
- Oversee disposition and rework of non-conforming materials.
- Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Promote Lean and Six Sigma awareness.
