Quality Assurance Manager

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing our Quality Management System, driving continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with quality standards, leading internal audits, and supporting operational excellence across the organization. We are looking for a quality professional with experience in manufacturing environments, strong leadership skills, and a passion for building a culture of quality and accountability.

salary:

$90,000 - $100,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

• Quality Management System (QMS) Leadership
• Own, maintain, and continuously improve the company s ISO 9001-compliant Quality Management System.
• Serve as the Management Representative to certification bodies, customers, and auditors.
• Administer document control and change management processes, including oversight of the QMS SharePoint site.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Management of NCR and CAPA, including updating the logs, tracking of NCR's and CAPA's
• Oversee disposition and rework of non-conforming materials.
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Promote Lean and Six Sigma awareness.
