Job Description

Immediate Staffing Need Join a High-Impact Project at Cape Canaveral! We have an urgent request for skilled professionals to support a major construction project supporting Blue Origin operations in Cape Canaveral, FL. Work Schedule:
12-hour days, 4 days on / 4 days off Travel and Compensation Candidates may come from any US location Lodging and travel costs to and from site will be covered Paid travel home built into rotation (assumes every other 4-day break) Employees will be paid for hours worked Additional travel details to be discussed Eligibility US Citizenship or legal residency required Must be able to pass a background screen Must be available for full onsite deployment (no remote/hybrid options) Job Description This is a leadership role in Construction Quality Management. The selected candidate will serve as a fully embedded member of the Owner's Construction Management team, responsible for applying extensive quality management expertise to support safe and timely delivery of assigned workstreams. The project includes multiple Lines of Effort ranging from structural restoration to complex piping, power and controls, and cryogenic liquid fuel systems. Candidates will be assigned based on experience and project needs. Key Responsibilities Demonstrate leadership in Safety and Quality Lead by example while promoting ownership and accountability Maintain strict adherence to project schedule Escalate issues or concerns when necessary Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience accepted) 7-10+ years of experience in Quality Management Experience with large-scale structural steel and concrete construction Experience with electrical systems, process utilities, instrumentation & controls Experience supporting commissioning activities preferred Demonstrated experience leading QA/QC programs on complex construction projects Assignment Requirement Must be available for full-time onsite assignment in Cape Canaveral, FL starting between June 15 and July 15, 2026, and willing to remain through project completion (currently forecast for late October 2026). #QualityAssurance #QualityControl #QAManager #QCManager #ConstructionQuality #ConstructionManagement #IndustrialConstruction #InfrastructureProjects #AerospaceConstruction #EngineeringJobs #ConstructionJobs #QualityManagement #Commissioning #FieldOperations #LI-AF1
