Lead training and professional development for clinical staff Oversee the QA/PI (Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement) program Partner with Clinical Services leadership, compliance, and regional teams Ensure accurate, compliant documentation and care standards Guide, mentor, and develop clinical teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes Lead onboarding and comp'ing of new hires in the field, and supervisory visits Why Trilogy?
