We're seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to lead our quality team and help ensure products meet the highest standards for safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do Supervise daily quality control operations in a fast-paced distribution center. Lead and support the QC team by assigning work, coaching employees, and monitoring performance. Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and company food safety and quality standards. Investigate quality concerns, customer complaints, and product discrepancies. Analyze quality trends and implement corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with operations to improve order accuracy and overall efficiency. Prepare quality reports and maintain accurate documentation. Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Qualifications 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in quality control, warehouse operations, manufacturing, or food distribution. Working knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety practices preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and warehouse management systems (WMS). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
