$36.69 - $47.70 / hour Summary The Quality Performance Project Manager supports operational effectiveness of the Accreditation & Quality Assurance (AQA) department by coordinating Performance Improvement (PI) activities, monitoring project progress, and ensuring alignment with organizational quality and regulatory goals. This role partners closely with PI Team Chairs and serves as the key liaison to the AQA department, ensuring timely reporting, documentation accuracy, and continuous readiness for regulatory surveys.
Requirements Education:
Bachelors degree in healthcare, quality, or related field required.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare quality, Performance Improvement, accreditation, or operations (RN preferred). Experience with quality improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA. Working knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards (DNV, CMS, state).

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across departments. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, etc.) with keen attention to detail and accuracy. Strong facilitation and meeting management skills. Ability to influence without authority. Proactive problem-solving and acquisition of new knowledge/skills. Commitment to patient safety, quality, and regulatory excellence.
