QA/QC Supervisor

Radical Cosmetics is seeking an experienced QA/QC Supervisor who can effectivelyImprove quality standards which require a systematic, and customer-focused approach that involves setting clear, measurable metrics, fostering a culture of accountability, and leveraging data for continuous improvement. Key strategies include implementing QMS (Quality Management Systems) like ISO 9001, cGMP and conducting regular audits, training staff for empowerment, and acting on customer feedback.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Create Documents as Product's Specification, Raw Material's Specifications, Component Specifications, SOP and Work Instructions. Inspect raw materials and components when they arrive. Create and save documentation. Manage raw material standards and retains. Manage Production standards, retains and components as well as Finished Goods Standards. Store batch and finished goods retains and standards. Send PPS (Pre-Production Samples) to customers. Send samples to Analytical Lab Update tracker for customer response and micro results Archive customer approvals and rejections as well as process documentation for costumer rejections and reworks. Identify batch buckets with green stickers when approved. Review batch and fill tickets, scan, and archive as well as Net Suite Batch Ticket Approval Verifying all equipment is accurate and calibrated. Quality Control tests on production samples, finished products and Water. Micro test kettles, scale and viscometer verification Records temperature and humidity of all areas as well as stability chamber File Gazebos and CAPA's and follow up on immediate actions. Manage batching reformulations. File all technical issues and corrective actions. File all statements, waivers, and SDS's

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

Previous knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) Associate's degree and a minimum of two years of directly related experience in quality activities Previous experience and required skills must include experience in chemical and cosmetics processes, sampling processes, testing and measurement techniques, inspection methodology, use of specifications and standards and precision measurement equipment. Able to carry out mathematical calculations accurately. Fast learning and multi tasks skills Must be detail oriented, organized, honest and be able to prioritize. Self-motivated and enthusiastic and reliable with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Able to work independently or as a team member and communicate effectively. Detail oriented/capable of maintaining clear and concise records The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.

ISO Certification Audit Experience Pay:

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
