We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Property Supervisor / Quality Control Manager to ensure each property is fully prepared, properly stocked, and guest-ready before check-in. This role focuses on inspection, quality control, coordination, and supply management — not cleaning. Key Responsibilities Property Inspections & Quality Control Conduct pre-check-in and post-clean inspections Verify cleaning quality, staging, and setup meet company standards Ensure beds, towels, and amenities are properly prepared Identify and report any issues prior to guest arrival Provide photo/video documentation for each inspection Coordinate re-cleans or corrections when needed Supply & Inventory Management Purchase and restock essential supplies, including: Toilet paper Paper towels Soaps, shampoos, conditioners Trash bags and basic consumables Monitor inventory levels across all properties Maintain organized supply storage Track expenses and submit receipts Operations Support Communicate with cleaners and management regarding readiness Confirm properties are "guest-ready" before check-in Assist with same-day turnovers when needed Report maintenance or repair needs (does not perform repairs) What This Role Is NOT Not a cleaning position Not a repair or maintenance role Not responsible for setting cleaning prices Does not manage or pay cleaners Requirements Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license Comfortable driving between multiple properties Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work independently and follow checklists Smartphone capable of taking photos/videos Availability around check-in days, including occasional weekends Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or quality control preferred
