BachelorsResponsibilities Lead quality programs, conduct inspections, and audits; as well as, meetings and training sessions. Ensure the QMS conforms to the set standards and the processes are delivering their intended objectives. Evaluate products and processes for acceptance criteria, initiate corrective actions to remove or mitigate root causes. Planning, managing, and executing actions to ensure compliance with the requirements of regulatory government agencies, QMS standards, and customers needs. Define the key operational processes in order to control cost of poor quality. Lead the implementation of LEAN. Control systems, tools, and metrics to accurately measure progress and drive continuous improvement which supports performance of the entire production team. Perform inspections and audits, and report findings. Manage customers complaints, including root cause analysis and corrective action reports.
