This position is responsible for supervising production staff, ensuring production goals are achieved, maintaining product quality standards, and promoting a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, manufacturing experience, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in both production and quality performance. We are specifically looking for someone who is fluent in Spanish and able to effectively communicate with production staff and workers on the manufacturing floor. Experience in a manufacturing environment is required, and candidates with a background or knowledge in watercraft production are highly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Production Supervision Supervise and coordinate daily production activities and workflow Ensure production schedules and deadlines are met efficiently Monitor labor productivity and optimize operational performance Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions Coordinate with maintenance and warehouse teams to minimize downtime Train, coach, and evaluate production employees Quality Control Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process Conduct inspections to ensure products meet company and customer specifications Implement and enforce quality control procedures and standards Investigate quality issues and develop corrective/preventive actions Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation Work closely with management to improve manufacturing and quality processes Safety & Compliance Enforce OSHA and company safety policies Promote a clean, organized, and safe production environment Ensure compliance with company procedures and manufacturing standards Qualifications 3-5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production Fluent in Spanish and English required Experience with quality control processes and inspections preferred Manufacturing background required Knowledge or experience in watercraft production is a strong plus Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and production reporting systems High school diploma or GED required; additional technical education is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health insurance benefits Paid time off and holidays Stable and growing company environment Opportunities for advancement and professional growth Work Environment Manufacturing/warehouse setting Requires standing, walking, lifting, and supervising production floor activities May require overtime and occasional weekends based on production demands Apply Today If you are a motivated leader with manufacturing experience and strong communication skills in Spanish, we encourage you to apply and become part of our growing team.
