full-time Position Summary The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring NExT MRO's quality systems remain compliant with all regulatory, customer, and internal requirements. This individual owns the company's quality processes, manuals, audits, training programs, document control, and continuous improvement initiatives. The QA Manager ensures that systems are functioning properly before problems occur by identifying risks, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Primary Responsibilities Maintain and revise the Quality Control Manual. Develop and maintain company procedures. Manage document control. Plan and execute internal audits. Coordinate external audits. Track FAA findings and corrective actions. Lead CAPA investigations. Monitor regulatory changes. Develop employee quality training programs. Maintain qualification and recurrent training records. Manage quality records. Develop quality KPIs and reporting. Support
AS9100/ISO
initiatives if applicable. Partner with Production to improve processes. Required Experience 8-10+ years in Quality Assurance within a Part 145 Repair Station. Strong knowledge of FAA regulations. Experience writing manuals and procedures. Experience managing audits. Experience with corrective action systems. Excellent technical writing skills. Strong analytical skills.
