Responsibilities Lead and coordinate quality audits across manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and

ISO 9001

standards. Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality management systems that support compliance and operational excellence. Conduct thorough quality inspections and control checks throughout production lines to identify deviations and implement corrective actions promptly. Oversee quality assurance activities including root cause analysis, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and process validation efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects related to process improvements, new product launches, and compliance initiatives. Train staff on quality systems, inspection procedures, and regulatory requirements to foster a culture of quality awareness. Prepare detailed reports on audit findings, non-conformances, and key performance metrics for management review. Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a strong focus on quality control and assurance. In-depth knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP principles, CGMP practices, and

ISO 9001

standards. Familiarity with

ISO 13485

(medical devices) is a plus. Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive quality audits and inspections effectively. Strong analysis skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement corrective actions efficiently. Familiarity with quality systems documentation, QA/QC procedures, and regulatory compliance protocols. $62,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
