Lead Quality team by providing direction/coaching, training, enforcement of company policies, procedures, meeting quality targets, ensure high quality products are produced with a sense of urgency, safety, assuring product specifications and standards are met, while keeping a positive work environment. Provide quality control support for the manufacturing and shipping departments by performing inspections and reviewing and auditing documentation. Excellent penmanship, time management skills, and ability to multitask with extreme attention to detail, as well as organization, prioritization and communication skills. Requires line clearance qualification and Quality qualification to interpret quality control system to people within organization. Assumes responsibility for the GMP, environmental health and safety procedure awareness, and compliance within the respective area. Follows and enforces pertinent SOPs to ensure cGMP compliance.
Job Duty:
Assigns work to and supervise Quality operations and support associates and ensures quality associates have equipment and resources needed to execute assigned work. Recognizing erroneous outcomes or nonconformance's, reporting them immediately. Effectively communicate any changes, modifications, or updates to managers, supervisors, leads, and other personnel. Ensuring all quality methodologies or processes are well controlled and documented. Review and verify all documentation including but not limited to lab testing reports, CofA's, lab notebooks, production batch records, and other quality throughout the production and quality department are complete, accurate, and done in a timely manner. Work directly with Quality Manager to conduct frequent and thorough assessments of overall site compliance to policies and procedures. Identifying opportunities for improving procedures and processes to ensure the highest quality standards is maintained. Monitor sanitation efforts to identify trends and process issues, consult on corrective actions when needed. Audit Production Batch Records and quality documentation. Participates in all weekly and monthly in-house inspections and audits. Have thorough knowledge of and oversee the proper utilization of quality documentation including but not limited to deviation, change controls, master batch records, material specifications, and master product specifications. Participates in investigations, training, and compliance issues. Provides technical support for process and cleaning. Assure adequate training, coaching and monitoring is performed for personnel development for each quality associate, while updating the Quality Manager as needed for performance issues, and assure employee training records are maintained. Develop strategies to assure that Sun-Pac Manufacturing, Inc remains GMP/cGMP compliant while maintaining effective quality products. Strict enforcement of GMP/cGMPs, SOPs and CFR 21 Part 111.
