BachelorsResponsibilitiesThe Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's quality management systems to ensure all products meet customer, regulatory, and industry requirements. This role oversees quality assurance, quality control, continuous improvement initiatives, supplier quality, and compliance activities within an electronics manufacturing environment. The Quality Manager works cross-functionally with production, engineering, supply chain, and leadership teams to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Technical Skills strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and electronic manufacturing quality standards. Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, etc.). Experience with root cause analysis tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, and FMEA. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Safety Management experience would be a plus. Leadership & Soft Skills strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
