Your role will include ensuring strict adherence to regulatory and company protocols across all stages of production, from raw materials to distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

Advocate and enhance our Safety Culture, emphasizing Food Safety and secure work environments. Uphold and advance SQF certification through rigorous adherence to GMP, Quality Procedures, and immaculate housekeeping, preparing the plant for audits and tours. Foster continuous improvements in our Quality at the Source initiative to ensure that team members in Processing and Packaging effectively perform quality checks. Facilitate cross-departmental communication, swiftly identifying and resolving production challenges. Generate detailed reports that keep management abreast of quality advancements and operational details. Collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance Department Manager, executing tasks as directed. Sustain and enhance systems that monitor food safety, quality benchmarks, and plant cleanliness. Cultivate a culture of safety, ensuring a secure work environment is universally acknowledged and implemented. In this pivotal role, you will be a key enabler of our quality strategy, empowering your team to achieve excellent results while meeting organizational compliance goals.
