POSITION OVERVIEW
The Quality Supervisor oversees personnel and Quality processes that support the kitting and packaging functions. Job Responsibilities
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for supervising department personnel and ensuring Quality processes and procedures are implemented and followed throughout the company. Manage the day-to-day activities of Quality personnel to support Operations. Assign Quality Inspectors as needed. Manages the Quality Team Metrics to determine bonus' and Quality Team members evaluations. Initiates Non-Conformance reports raised from Quality Team inspectors and ensures NC process is followed. Ensures training is completed for Quality personnel, assigns and leads training as necessary, ensures revised documents are trained on as appropriate. Interfaces with other Departments to develop and implement training programs as required. Analyzes and resolves work issues and/or assists employees in solving work problems. Confers with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments as needed. Monitor the Material Review Area/Quality Hold to ensure that all products are reviewed/addressed in a timely manner. Suggests and implements changes in Quality procedures, working conditions and use of equipment to increase safety and efficiency of department, and/or Quality team. Performs monthly walk-thru's audits of Quality/Operations areas. Provides leadership to team members by teaching, training, and developing May perform process walks of procedures assigned to area for review. May assist in Customer Complaint investigations where assigned. May assist with CAPA investigations where assigned. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Qualifications
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

ABILITIES REQUIRED
Employee management & motivation Experience in a regulated manufacturing, kitting environment (ISO, FDA, Pharma, Food, etc) Understanding of a Quality System and its function Strong communication skills Excellent organizational skills
QUALIFICATIONS
• College degree preferred or 2+ years managing similar type work in a professional environment.
