Requirements:
What You Bring 7+ years of progressive Food Safety/Quality experience, including 3+ years leading Food Safety/Quality teams in a

regulated food manufacturing environment Demonstrated leadership experience within a

inspected, RTE manufacturing environment (required) Expert knowledge of food safety regulations and Quality Management Systems Proven experience leading
USDA-FSIS/FDA
inspections and customer audits HACCP Certification, Seafood HACCP Certification (or obtain within 60 days), and PCQI Certification required SQF Practitioner certification, or ability to meet the site's SQF Practitioner qualifications within 6 months Internal Auditor certification required Nice to have: ServSafe, ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CMQ/OE), ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or above
