Job Title:
Quality Control Manager (QCM)
Specialty:
Healthcare Quality / Compliance Place of Work (City/State): Glynco, Georgia (with travel to Artesia, NM and Charleston, SC)
Start Date:
April 1, 2026
Shift Schedule:
Full-time; flexible based on inspection and compliance needs How many shifts needed per month: Full-time coverage
License:
Must possess an active, unrestricted license in one of the following: PA, NP, or RN with active, unrestricted license
Certifications:
Board certification relevant to clinical role Experience needed: Minimum 3 years healthcare experience Experience in quality control, compliance, or healthcare operations Experience in urgent care, clinic, or emergency department settings Special Skills needed: Quality assurance and inspection processes Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards Data reporting and analysis EMR and MS Office proficiency Credentialing / Onboarding time: 6 weeks to 8 weeks
Responsibilities:
Oversee quality control program across all sites Conduct inspections and audits Ensure compliance with contract and regulatory requirements Supervise quality control staff at all locations Report directly to corporate leadership (not PM) Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement processes
Misc:
