Manufacturing Salary:

$65,000-$80,000 per year Job Summary We are seeking a Quality / Development Manager to manage customer quality requirements, resolve quality concerns, and coordinate product development activities within the automotive manufacturing industry. This position works closely with customers and manufacturing plants to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure timely submission of development samples. Key Responsibilities Manage customer quality requirements and quality standards. Investigate customer complaints and quality issues in collaboration with manufacturing plants. Coordinate root cause analysis and corrective actions with production teams. Prepare and manage 8D reports and quality improvement action plans. Maintain quality-related documents and records. Manage customer claims related to nonconforming products. Monitor customer quality metrics and performance. Review and manage customer requirements and engineering changes. Coordinate development sample submission schedules. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing quality or related functions. Experience handling customer quality issues and corrective actions. Knowledge of 8D reporting and root cause analysis. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and manufacturing plants. Preferred Qualifications Experience in automotive manufacturing. Familiarity with automotive quality standards and customer quality requirements. Knowledge of

IATF 16949, ISO

9001, APQP, PPAP, or FMEA. Compensation 2-5 years of relevant experience: $65,000-$70,000 annually. 5-10 years of relevant experience: Up to $80,000 annually.
