Quality Assurance Manager Position Summary:
The Quality Assurance Manager oversees all quality and food safety programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory, customer, and company standards. This position leads QA staff, manages audits, and drives improvements in product quality and processes.
Responsibilities:
Lead QA department staff and daily quality operations. Manage HACCP, food safety, and quality system documentation. Lead customer, third-party, and regulatory audits. Oversee corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. Train employees on quality procedures and compliance requirements. Work with production and sanitation to resolve quality issues. Provide reporting and maintain accurate quality data.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a similar role Quality or food safety leadership experience. Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality systems. Proven leadership and audit management experience. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to problem-solve and drive improvements.
