Deep mastery of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), reading complex manufacturing blueprints, and understanding traditional lathe/screw machine capabilities.Certifications:

BachelorsResponsibilities1.Quality Systems, Compliance & Audits Audit Leadership:
Maintain, optimize, and internal-audit company s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure complete alignment with ISO 9001 andIATF 16949
standards. Serve as the lead interface for external Registrar and Tier-1 automotive customer audits.Traceability & Records:
Manage and organize variable data records, PPAP packages, control plans, material certifications, and FMEAs to ensure foolproof component traceability. 2.Precision Inspection & Metrology Floor Inspection:
Direct and execute First Article Inspections (FAI), in-process routing checks, and critical incoming/final inspections on high-volume precision turned products.Gage Calibration:
Oversee the calibration, tracking, and Gage R&R verification program for all micrometers, calipers, thread gages, and specialized metrology equipment on the shop floor. Statistical Process Control (SPC): Utilize SPC methodologies to track production capabilities, analyze variability in CNC/screw machine processes, and establish predictive corrective actions to minimize downtime and scrap. 3.Subcontract & Problem Resolution Vendor Quality:
Partner with external subcontract suppliers (e.g., plating, anodizing, or heat-treating houses) to guarantee outside processes conform exactly to blueprint requirements.Root Cause Analysis:
Lead cross-functional problem-solving initiatives (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone) to resolve internal deviations or external customer complaints promptly.
