  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and company standards
  • Conduct regular quality audits to assess adherence to quality systems and identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate and oversee quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments and coordinate measuring machines to perform accurate measurements and inspections
  • Analyze data and generate reports on quality metrics, trends, and issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related problems and implement corrective actions
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality management principles and practices Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in quality assurance/quality control roles
  • Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and quality management systems
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and coordinate measuring machines
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong understanding of quality systems, including QA/QC processes and quality audits
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
