Job Description
Quality Supervisor We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Quality Supervisor with experience in manufacturing and quality systems to lead and support daily quality operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment, enjoys leading teams, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring products consistently meet customer and company quality standards. In this position, you will oversee daily quality activities on the production floor, support inspection and testing processes, and work closely with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve quality concerns and improve manufacturing performance. Experience with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) programming, operation, and inspection processes is highly desired. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support quality technicians and inspectors within daily manufacturing operations Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with customer specifications and internal standards Perform and oversee dimensional inspections using precision measuring equipment, including CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) systems Troubleshoot quality-related production issues and collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to implement corrective actions Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action initiatives Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment and gauges Verify first article inspections, in-process inspections, and final inspections are completed accurately and on time Assist in developing and maintaining quality documentation, procedures, control plans, and work instructions Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and production standards Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in manufacturing quality or quality supervision Strong understanding of quality systems, inspection methods, and manufacturing processes Experience operating and/or programming CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, engineering drawings, and technical specifications Familiarity with precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and optical measurement systems Experience with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, etc.) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with quality documentation and reporting systems This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company that values quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
