About Omniwell Labs Omniwell Labs is a U.S.-based contract manufacturer specializing in premium pet supplements and cosmetic products. We partner with brands to develop innovative, science-driven formulations using high-quality ingredients and industry-leading manufacturing practices. Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Quality Manager • Operation Coordinator to join our growing manufacturing team. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining quality control processes, creating production batch orders, maintaining manufacturing documentation, and helping ensure products are manufactured efficiently and in compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate enjoys wearing multiple hats, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Quality Control Develop SOPs. Implement best practices requires to meet industry standards and regulatory certifications Perform incoming, in-process, and finished product quality inspections. Verify products meet company quality standards and specifications. Document quality inspections and maintain accurate records. Investigate quality issues and work with production to resolve them. Maintain quality control procedures and documentation. Manufacturing Operations Create and maintain production batch orders and manufacturing documentation. Coordinate production schedules with the manufacturing team. Ensure all materials are available before production begins. Track work orders and monitor production progress. Assist with inventory management and cycle counts. Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency. Purchasing & Inventory Purchase raw materials, packaging, and manufacturing supplies. Maintain relationships with vendors and request quotations. Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials before shortages occur. Track purchase orders and coordinate deliveries. Verify incoming materials match specifications. Documentation & Compliance Maintain batch records, SOPs, specifications, and manufacturing documents. Organize Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and supplier documentation. Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready. Support regulatory and customer documentation requests. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, purchasing, inventory, or production coordination. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Comfortable working with spreadsheets and ERP systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience in cosmetics, personal care, dietary supplements, food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or pet products is a plus. Preferred Skills Experience with ERP or inventory management software. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Understanding of batch records and manufacturing documentation. Purchasing or vendor management experience. Microsoft Excel proficiency. What Success Looks Like Production materials are always available when needed. Batch records are accurate and completed on time. Inventory is well managed with minimal stockouts. Quality inspections are performed consistently. Manufacturing runs efficiently with minimal delays. Documentation is organized and ready for audits or customer requests.
