What You'll Do As a QIDP at Phoenix Rising, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our participants receive the individualized care and support they deserve.
Your responsibilities will include:
Reviewing participant plans and goals to ensure they align with individual needs and aspirations. Developing and reviewing skill-training programs to foster independence and confidence. Training Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide exceptional, personalized care. Supervising staff training to maintain high-quality service standards. Reviewing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Monitoring progress toward participant goals and making adjustments as needed. Participating in team meetings to collaborate on participant success. Completing required supervisory and quality-assurance activities. Providing oversight required by the participant's specific service type. What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you'll need: At least 1 year of experience in a related field, demonstrating your ability to support individuals with developmental disabilities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for reviewing documentation and monitoring progress. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to train and supervise staff effectively.
